Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jili618 account within minutes of a successful transaction. jili618 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving bank. jili618 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jili618 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player by email prior to any deduction.

jili618 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited;

All games available on jili618 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jili618 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, jili618 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. jili618 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.

Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, jili618's system will complete the game round according to the game's rules. The result of the completed round will be recorded and reflected in the player's account upon reconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jili618 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct in connection with your use of jili618;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Accessing jili618 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the jili618 Platform — including but not limited to the jili618 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jili618 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili618.

However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use jili618 at your own risk with respect to data transmission.

jili618 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;

jili618's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili618 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili618 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

jili618 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili618 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jili618 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jili618, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jili618 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
